I am a Career & Talent Development Strategist who works at the intersection of training delivery, instructional design, and career coaching. I am driven by an insatiable desire to develop myself and others in order to expand capabilities and expertise.
I hold a Master of Science in Instructional Design & Technology from Walden University and currently pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from University of Phoenix.
Additionally, I have obtained professional certifications in Modern Classroom Training, Employment Interviewing, HR and Career Coaching.
